ABOUT
Creative Director

Courtney Ogilvie, Creative Director and former owner of Fit & Supply and LA Makers, built her career guiding brands from concept to market with precision and purpose. At Fit & Supply, her full-service agency model streamlined product development—offering creative direction, merchandising, textile expertise, sourcing, sampling, and production—while LA Makers provided high-quality manufacturing in knits and wovens for clients nationwide. Drawing on experience across every major apparel role, Ogilvie led emerging and established brands through market timelines, SKU planning, and merchandising strategies, creating purpose-driven collections that were commercially competitive without sacrificing vision or integrity.

Over the past two decades, Courtney Ogilvie has founded and led four influential fashion ventures — Fit & Supply, LA Makers, C/CHRST, and Les Tien — each expanding her mastery of product, storytelling, and execution. At Fit & Supply, she guided six emerging brands annually, including Fear of God, Pyrex, Golf Wang, Frame Denim, Will Fry, and Barneys Private Label, through end-to-end development, bridging vision with market-ready execution. LA Makers, her 60-person manufacturing facility in DTLA, gave her engineering-level insight into construction and workflow, ensuring quality and speed at scale. With C/CHRST, her own womenswear line stocked at Barneys, Colette, and United Arrows, she proved her ability to originate and merchandise a narrative-driven brand. Today, as Creative Director of Les Tien — a luxury sportswear label built on timeless silhouettes and elevated fabrication — she continues to refine how identity and narrative live through product.

Les Tien

Les Tien is luxury sportswear. Intentional product of purpose, focused on fit, form, and function.

Built on staple silhouettes, custom fabrications, and garment engineering at an atelier level, Les Tien creates a minimalist elevated wardrobe defined by precision, movement, and wearability.

Every garment is developed with attention to detail—from hand-poured hardware to reinforced pressure points, darting, and construction techniques that enhance the wearer's experience.

Presented in rich hues and mature color palettes, Les Tien modernizes historical necessity through a contemporary luxury lens.

Comprised of the year-round Core Collection, Seasonal Collections, Series, and gender-specific offerings, Les Tien was built for the enthusiast—bridging timeless product of purpose with culture, relevance, and modern living.

Sportswear

Sportswear evolved out of the luxury of time and the ability to engage in sport.

Rooted in discipline, it was developed for enthusiasts—hunting, yachting, sailing, fishing, walking—activities that required freedom of movement, environmental awareness, and elevated social presentation.

These garments were engineered intentionally through thoughtful construction, specific fabrics, and purpose-driven design.

Sportswear was never about training or athletics. To participate in sport meant having the luxury of time and the freedom of self-expression.

Sportswear was developed as separates—individual pieces designed to work together, offering choice over uniformity. It represented individuality over conformity.

It is product of purpose.
It is considered.
It is deliberate.

The Core Collection

The Core Collection defines modern necessity.

A curated offering of staple silhouettes, classic, relaxed, crop, and oversized fits intentionally developed to work across body types.

Offered year-round in a neutral palette of black, faded black, vintage black, ivory, deep navy, and mauve, the Core Collection is a minimalist, timeless wardrobe foundation.

Built on clean lines, refined simplicity, and engineered construction, it speaks across cultures, demographics, and lifestyles.

The Core Collection is purposeful, eliminating unnecessary decoration while focusing on balance, longevity, versatility, and permanence.

Sewing construction focuses on darting, reinforced pressure points, and luxury hardware.

These garments are engineered, not produced.
Mastered, not designed.

The Core Collection is timeless product of purpose—the blueprint.
